What is the best way to track my order?

  • Once the order has been submitted you will get an email on how to track your order from USPS once the order is ready to ship. It may take up to 10 days from the day of the purchase to track your package.

What is the best way to return an order?

  • Send an email with the order number to simplyuniqueclothingco@gmail.com. We will be able to then guide you to how to sent the product back to our center. 

How long does it usually take to receive the order?

  •  It can anywhere from 5-15 days to process, fulfil and ship out your order.

Do you do International orders?

  •  No. We are not doing International orders yet. The order will not be able to go through since shipping an item international requires different laws and regulations which include but not limited to VAT and Customs.

How do I contact customer support regarding my purchase?

  • Email info@simplyuniqueclothing.com with order number to get the best response from our team. We will respond within 48 hours. You can also fill out the form below as a second option. Both options have the same speed time. 

Can I sign in as a guest or do I need an account when making a purchase?

  • You can choose either. When checking out as a guest it will not save your previous orders or add you on to our email promotional database. I would recommend creating an account for easy access on changing order before the purchase becomes processed.

Do you do offer Refunds/Exchanges?

  • Yes. For more information refer to the Refunds/Exchanges under the Contact Us Topic at the top of the website. You can also access from the bottom tab of the page.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

  • Yes. In order to modify an order log in to your account if you did not use a guest account. You can also send an email at simplyuniqueclothingco@gmail.com and we can change it manually. If the item has already been processed we will no longer be able to change anything. We can however cancel the order.  

What happens if the address was inputted wrong?

  • Sent us an email to change the address. If the package has already been sent, the next option is to contact the delivery service to have the correct address listed. If the delivery is not successfully, we can then process a refund. If the item comes back into our fulfillment center we will send you an email to discuss what you would like to do about your order. 

How do the promotions/discount codes work?

  • All promotions have a start and end date. During that time you can purchase the products shown at the lower price given. Once a sale ends however, we will no longer lower the price for anyone.

  • Send us an email and we will be able to get back to you within 48 hours.
